I had an amazing time at the hostel, all the staff was very nice, the shifts were well organized and the hours were respected, I made many friends, spoke with many people and I had a lot of time to explore London. Thank you guys for everything I hope I can come again and visit you all :)

Overall, my experience at this hostel was enjoyable. I made great friends and the hostel has such a community feel. But, one of the managers, Cezar, became cold and sharp to me after I stood my ground on a few occasions. It doesn't seem like he cares overly about the volunteer's well-being unless they are women (he is also very flirty and unprofessional) and is instead primarily focused on money. Apart from that, the hostel was great. The other manager, Porter, was so professional, lovely and was much better at communicating respectfully.

The hostel was my first WP experience and I feel as though I was spoiled. The hostel is an extremely community oriented hostel family dinners, 'bar' nights, and community events bring everyone together. A lot of the other volunteers are longer term volunteers so they have established relationships with other volunteers but they ALWAYS included me and in return I made some of the best friendships with people from all around the world. the hostel is like a family. There are dysfunctional parts at times but you learn to love it none the less. Domi (who's gone) and Federico are amazing! Thanks the hostel xx

Really loved my time living and volunteering at the hostel. The staff and other volunteers were lovely and very welcoming, we're accomodating around travel plans and availability during the week. Nice facilities, and great weekly social events. Would recommend to other travellers wanting to explore London.

My experience at the hostel was by far one of the best I have been volunteering here on the platform. Now I have a family in London, where I learnt and had an exchange that I will carry for my life! It was amazing to meet people from all over the world. Best experience I could have. Thank you soooo much the hostel Team, you're THE BEST!!

I still can not think about it or I will just start to cry 🤣🥲 this was one of the best experiences that I have ever had, for real. Domi (the host) has already been a volunteer, which makes a huge difference because she is REALLY patient and understanding. The hostel is great and very well located. There are a lot of volunteers in the staff and everyone is truly awesome! You will feel welcomed in the second you get to the hostel. Everyone is very friendly and interacts a lot with each other. There are a lot of social events, which I love so much! 100% recommend! Already miss everyone ❤️

My experience at the hostel was a dream come true. This was my first volunteer experience and it exceeded all of my expectations. Domi and her team are all so welcoming and friendly. I felt right at home during my stay and apart of a family. I was assigned house-keeping and beds which helped me learn how a hostel operates in terms of these roles. The job is so chill and a great exchange for a bed in the team dorm. The location is ideal with public transport to get into the city and grocery stores close by. Also a short 5 minute walk to the canal. Dont miss the Family dinners
