The hostel definitely felt like home in London. The welcoming atmosphere, excellent location, and friendly, flexible team created a unique experience. During my time as a volunteer, I connected with people from all over the world, practiced languages, and shared my culture. Porter, the hostel manager, is genuinely committed to improving the space for guests and volunteers, emphasizing continuous enhancement of communication, people management, and general processes. The work is straightforward, agreements are respected, and the experience was truly enriching. I can't wait to return!

Volunteering at the hostel was a pleasant experience. The longterm residents and abundance of volunteers ensured there was always someone to talk to. The kitchen was particularly outstanding with 4 cooking stations. However, the minimal fridge space and lack of dedicated staff fridges made it difficult to store more than a couple days of groceries at once. Regarding the staff quarters, I recommend taking as little as possible because it is relatively confined. Overall, would definitely recommend this experience to those looking to explore London for an extended period of time.

This place became my home very quickly, this was already my 3rd opportunity to volunteer in this place and let me be honest, i can get enough of it. Its will always in my heart and im for sure coming back on the future. The management has improved a LOT in the past few months, there's a bright future ahead from the hostel.

Volunteering at the hostel has truly been one of the best experiences I've done! The location in the hostel is perfect, the hostel itself has all the amenities you'd need, and the work itself is easy to learn with flexible hours and someone always available to help. Most importantly, the people here are amazing, all of the volunteers and management are what makes this place amazing. You can tell this hostel is very well-managed and that Porter and Domi really care about it. They're always there to help out with anything or just have a chat, and I will truly miss them and everyone I've met <3

Hey what's up If you're reading this it means you're wondering about volunteering at this Hostel, well I have only positive things to say about this place, I came for one month and I ended up being 6 months as I literally felt so at home away from home and honestly, that was unexpected especially because London is a Huge city with so many pp. here is all about be yourself and enjoy the time you have, the work was so easy it was just 3 shifts per week so I had a lot of time to enjoy the city, and they were also very flexible with my schedule and shifts. 100% recommended.

Genuinely only have good things to say about the hostel. The team is awesome, hours are extremely fair (lots of free to explore the city!), and the vibe of the hostel is great. Super well located too so easy to get to anywhere in London! Gonna miss everyone here so much and already can't wait to be back!:)

I absolutely loved my time at the hostel! I've never experienced a more welcoming hostel, the volunteers all felt like family and the atmosphere is incredible. The hostel is in a beautiful location in the hostel, and the work is easy and fun, you get to meet so many amazing people. The schedule is always out on time and requests are always respected. Volunteering here has been such an incredible experience and I'm so grateful to have been a part of it!

Great experience, the team and the management is great people, I had a lot of fun and I felt like home. The hostel is very central to London so you can walk to any touristic spot and also the hostel station is 200 m away and many bus stops around. Hours are respected and the tasks are not difficult and you can always talk to Cesar and Porter (managers) they are great and you can arrange to change tasks. I hope you enjoy your star as much as I did

I'm very happy with my experience in the hostel, It has been a wonderful experience, I had a lot of fun, made new friends and I shared with everyone at the hostel. The Family Dinner and Drinks night are very good ideas, cause' its a different way to share with everybody! I like the way you run the management, and the schedule of work are flexible and not too much so for me was great:)) In summary, such a nice experience for me, thank u for all💕💕 im sad to leave actually jaja i would love to return in some point, i totally recommend the volunteering!

I absolutely loved my experience in the hostel! At first, I was indicated by a friend that was there and helped me to get in. I did amazing friendships, met people that I ll carry for life and had unforgettable xps.. the work it self is ok! Some tasks are more heavier than others but it's all sorted by a good communication between the volunteers and the management. The place is very well located in the hostel, and has nears bus and tubes stations in I less than 10 min. The only thing that got me was the amount of stairs that have between our room and the kitchen or reception. Still, worth it!! :)
