La experiencia

Island Vibe is a beach destination that provides guests with fun and party vibes, a host of activities, and value for money accommodation and meals. You will be required to promote all of the above, be a friendly and active member of the team and perform your duties responsibly. Bartending and restaurant duties will be your main focus, including initiating and promoting parties. Assisting with activities on ad hoc basis when help is needed.

Programa detallado

Bar work: running the bar for the evening shift,accountable for payments and money on hand, initiating and promoting parties especially when groups check in, stock take, ordering, cleaning bar area, decorating bar for parties, accountable for stock on hand, ability to read the crowd and play appropriate music genre.
Restaurant work: assist with serving dinner, assist with cleaning and washing up, promote dinner sales
Activities: ad hoc assistance with surf lessons or other day trip activities when large groups check in or a team member is absent.
