It was my first time volunteering and it was an amazing experience! The work was easy to do and they would explain everything you needed to know. We would finish working in two hours and have the rest of the day free. The staff members are really helpfull and provide everything you need. About the food, they provide the ingredients, but you need to cook. The hostel is near the city center and you will find everything you need in there. In there i was able to meet and talk with people from all over the world and even with one day of i was able to travel to lots of different places in the UK!

The hostel Backpacker is a really good place where you can practice english, meet people around the world, and learn about the culture of UK. It was a great opportunity: The job is easy, the food they provide is good , the whole team is friendly. Zultan, Misi, Jani, Arthur, Vignesh and Jack, thanks for everything guys!

It has been a pleasure working with everyone there, all the staff is amazing, specially Arthur, who I had more contact with. The work is easy, with a low amount of hours per day. I would totally recommend it for everyone. Hope to see y'all again.

Foi uma boa experiência no hostel conheci muitos pessoas legais que vou querer manter contato, o hostel está num lugar com muitas bares legais e baladas e perto do shopping center e mercado uma pena que tem uma grande parte da cidade com obras e reforma no hostel que acabou que não tinha espaço comum para passar o tempo mas depois que finalizar as obras vai ficar incrível eu estive com uma equipe muito boa de voluntários que deixou a experiência ainda melhor tínhamos um quarto com espaço e ótimo para conversas e socializar com música e brincadeiras. E o hostel é ótimo local pra conhecer.

It was an incredible experience. A great place to practice english. The jobs are easy and timely. We learned more about the culture of the place, we talked with the guests, which is a great opportunity. I recommend this experience to everyone.

Foi meu primeiro voluntariado e foi uma bela experiência, conheci pessoas incríveis, os donos são muito legais e divertidos e estão dispostos a ajudar quando necessário. O convívio com a equipe foi muito boa, a gente tinha os alimentos disponíveis e preparávamos o almoço e janta por exemplo. Gostei muito da minha experiencia e quando for possível retornarei. Obrigada pelo acolhimento !

The hostel was a great experience to me. The job is easy, just 3 hours per day or less. The food they provide to us is good and enough if you want to save money. Also if you wanna go to another cities like London and Oxford it's very easy from the hostel. So I'm grateful for the time that I spend there and it was a pleasure spend time with all the staff and volunteers. One day I'll come back to chat with Vignesh and Jack and watch a match with Arthur. Thank you guys!

BCB is a really nice place to meet international travelers and also practice English. It's located close to the center so you can go wherever you want to go really quickly. The owners and the staffs are nice and helpful and the tasks and hours are exactly as agreed. It's not a difficult job and easy to get. You will also have a bunch of free time to enjoy the city, the parties or also take a train or bus to another place. Thank you Missi, Jani, Arthur and all the staffs and other volunteers for your time and friendship. Hope to see you again soon :)

At the hostel I was able to learn more about English culture and enjoy that beautiful city. I practiced English all my stay and met amazing people. The hosts are very friendly and trustworthy. Thank you for all the support and learning, I recommend you 💞.
