El hostel es un increíble lugar para conocer personas de distintas partes del mundo, pude practicar mi inglés y crear lindas amistades en este mes mientras disfrutaba de Lisboa. Si te gusta salir de fiesta es un muy buen lugar. El trabajo puede ser un poco pesado y estresante en algunos momentos, sin embargo, Fran esta dispuesto a escucharte y atenderte. El staff y las chicas de housekiping son encantadoras y hacen tu trabajo más ligero.

Si bien tenia dudas con el ingreso en este hostel porque tenia muchas habitaciones y es muy grande, fue de las mejores experiencias que he tenido, porque puede concretar viajes que nunca imagine,conocí personas increibles, practique mucho idiomas y sobre todo pude disfrutar de mi tiempos libres y los espacios del lugar, especialmente a Fran que lleva un cargo muy grande con los voluntarios que es mucho trabajo y aun asi lo hace de la mejor manera y disfrutas de la experiencia, te llevas conocimientos de muchas cosas y te llegas a sentir en casa, fue mi primera vez en un hostel y quedo feliz.

El Hostel está bien ubicado y es un edificio muy lindo. Los voluntarios duermen en una habitación separada en el fondo, la cuál podría estar mejor organizada. Las tareas son variadas y todo fue según lo acordado. Los bares le añaden un toque y creo que la vida del Hostel te succiona realmente.

Mi experiencia en el hostel ha sido muy buena. He aprendido muchas cosas nuevas a la hora de realizar las tareas de limpieza, bar, etc, que estoy segura de que en un futuro me serán muy útiles. El resto de voluntarios, y del equipo en general, han sido siempre muy agradables conmigo. Como puntos a mejorar, creo que la casa de voluntarios necesita un upgrade para que podamos sentirnos como en casa. El trabajo en algunos momentos se hace duro, sobre todo cuando tienes turno de noche y al día siguiente de mañana. En general creo que es un muy buen lugar para experimentar tu primer worldpackers!!

I absolutely loved my time at St the hostel. I came here as I guest last year and fell in love with the hostel and knew it would an amazing volunteer experience and it was. Luiza is so welcoming, organised and fun! She made the whole experience really easy for me and she created an amazing vibe between everyone. I really loved working with all the staff, particularly on the bar where I learned new skills and was able to be super social. I would 100% recommend this volunteer experience.

The hostel was a wonderful place to experience the heart of the hostel. I learned a lot about how a high-traffic hostel works, full of adventures and people from all around the world. The entire team was amazing — they treated me incredibly well, taught me so much, and brought out the best in each one of us volunteers. It was five weeks filled with gratitude, emotions, and joy. Thank you to everyone for the time, dedication, and support you gave me during my stay. I fully recommend this experience.

This was my first volunteering experience, and honestly, I couldn't have chosen a better place. From the very beginning you feel at home, the team is supportive, helpful, and always there for you. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The work is simple and fun, I especially loved the bar shifts, where I learned a lot and met amazing people from all around the world. My time at the hostel was something I will always keep close to my heart. The group of volunteers I met there made every day special. I'm really grateful to Luiza and the whole team for making my stay truly unforgettable.

At the start Luiza (the manager) told me that the experience will be live changing… and it was!! The tasks are various, you will do all kinds of work during your stay. The employees are very helpful and showing you everything you need especially the bar. SJ is always full of travelers so you definitely will socialise. Luiza is well organized and will help you with everything you need. After two months now everything feels like family. I really have great friendships with the workers and also the volunteers. Unfortunately I cant write more.But Im super thankful for everything that happened!:)
