The hostel is a nice place, in a neighborhood full of history. You can learn about its interesting past talking to the host and following some good recommendations about places nearby. Same for Hong Kong in general. Iris is also a kind and mindful person that lives the experience with purpose and is always willing to talk not only about this matter, but about whatever comes up. Transportation in the city is very efficient, so, that combo makes it perfect for you to choose properly what you're most interested, explore and make the most of your time in here. I recommend it. 🤗

It was my first experience with volunteering and to be honest,it would be hard to top this one! Everyone is kind and eager to share about their culture. They made me feel,I'm a part of the hostel's team! We managed to do few hiking trips, had dinner together and went to local festivals which maid the experience even better! The tasks are manageable and very good organized; you will need a bit of time to do everything perfectly, but the coworkers are very helpful if you have any questions. Definitely recommend the hostel,if you are looking for a cultural experience. Thank you so much!🫶🏽

Highly recommended, has been beyond my expectations. The whole team was very helpful and caring and eager to invite me to have wonderful experiences while sharing valuable context of the culture and the city. Working hours where great (only downside is that is a night shift but that allows you to explore during the day) and the job is very easy to carry after a week of practice. the hostel is not in a very touristy area (which I see as a good thing) yet very well connected to move around town. They are wonderful humans, looking at the human in you. Cannot recommend enough. Please do it.

Best world packers experience I've had so far, Iris and the staff were really welcoming and the tasks were manageable. Would definitely recommend for people looking to volunteer in hk!

My experience at the hostel was simply awesome! I was supposed to stay for one month, but in the end, we decided to extend my stay for another 15 days. I felt truly welcomed. Iris and the staff are very friendly, fun, and always willing to help with anything you need. The working hours are respected, and the work is pretty simple and easy. the hostel's location is great, close to everything you need and within easy reach of many must-see spots in Hong Kong. It's definitely a fantastic place!!! I highly recommend
