No quiero ser exagerado, pero este lugar fue increíble para mi, no solo tienes de todo cerca, Lawson a la esquina, lavandería propia, estación a 10 min, buen sistema de climatización, privacidad en tu espacio para descansar, si no que también, su staff, Maiko, Noriko, Chieko, Kase-san, son personas muy atentas, dispuestos a ayudarte cuando lo necesites. Cabe agregar que este lugar es perfecto para iniciar tu aventura, el buen ambiente del lugar te permite conocer maravillosas personas que ya sean huéspedes o voluntarios como tu, nunca me sentí solo, hice muchos amigos, es maravilloso.

La estancia ha sido genial, el staff es muy amable y siempre abiertos a lo que necesites. La ubicación está bien, hay una estación de tren a 10minutos y el Skytree a 30. El espacio para dormir es una pequeña habitación en un cuarto compartido, con puerta, mesa, silla, una pequeña estantería y la cama, bastante más que lo que suelen ofrecer en otros hostales que solo es la cama cubículo. El horario de trabajo es de 3 horas y por lo general te dan 2 días libres por semana a veces alguno más. La experiencia genial, ninguna queja, muchas gracias a todo el staff.

Muy satisfecho con la experiencia! El trato de todos es de 10 y saben adaptarse a las situaciones de cada uno. Se respetan los tiempos de trabajo y al llegar te enseñan a hacer todo correctamente. Con los compañeros he pasado muchos momentos juntos en la sala de estar en los que hemos disfrutado mucho. Experiencia completamente recomendada 😁

My 2 months at Nomad were great. The staff were so kind and always fostered a welcoming environment for us volunteers and guests. The location was ideal if you prefer staying in a neighbourhood that is quiet, yet still very accessible to the heart of the guest house. I highly recommend this to people that are looking to stay in the guest house a little more long term, or looking to even start a life in the guest house. The dorms are great for privacy and space. Thank you to everyone at Nomad for a great experience!!

I had great time in the guest house! Local staff members were really friendly and helped me out settling in. Nice environment to meet other volunteers and guests from all over the world. The location is good: Walkable distance from busy Asakusa and Skytree, but the actual sharehouse is in a quiet neighborhood. You can take a walk along the Sumida river or visit parks nearby and you have 3 train lines very close (Asakusa, Ginza and Oedo) The rooms are small (as you can expect) but it was perfect for having some privacy and I definitely prefer small rooms over only shared bunkbeds.

The guest house was my first volunteering opportunity in Japan, and it definitely set the bar! All of the staff are super lovely and helpful, as well as the volunteers who stay being really friendly. Hours are reasonable and agreed upon. The rooms are definitely worth it, one of the best I've seen! Thank you and I hope to be back :)

The guest house was highly recommended to me, and I'm so glad it was - an amazing first WorldPackers experience! The accomodation is great, with the private space, and in a quiet neighborhood close to popular Asakusa. A highlight for me was working with the lovely staff who always brightened my workdays, and even taught me some Japanese. This place quickly felt like home and l'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking to experience the guest house :)

I had an excellent stay at the guest house! Kase-san and the rest of the staff are all super kind and very accommodating, the work is easy and fair, and the facilities are very clean and and convenient. There are lots of other volunteers as well as travelers so meeting people and having fun feels really natural. The hostel is also in a really great area with lots of stuff to do, so it's almost impossible to get bored! Would definitely recommend volunteering here to anyone who wants to experience the guest house.

My experience in the guest house will be memorable. There was such a lovely people who works in here (Kase san, Chieko san, Maiko san And Noriko San). Willing to help in hard times, stand for us staff, when problematice guest occure once. From time to time there Is dinner party like pizza or takoyaki. So everyone can get engaged in. Working hours are really good, rest of the day Is for you. Hostel is near the centre of Asakusa, but still in nice quiet residental area. I really enjoyd my time here and I really reccomend to everybody. 🙏🏼💖

I can only recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in the guest house. The tasks are more than fair, and the accommodation is the best I've seen so far — you get your own little space with a chair, desk, and storage. Once a month, there's a cooking event with the entire team, and between those, there's plenty of time to socialize with your fellow volunteers or others staying at the share house. I enjoyed it so much that I'll be back in October. Thanks, the guest house — I can't wait to see you all again!
