I had three weeks in the hostel and from start to end I felt at home. The staff at the hostel made me really comfortable and was always ready for a nice talk. The hostel is a great place for meeting locals and travelers at the same time. I can imagine even more when travel fully recoverd from covid. At the hostel I was working as a photographer. They gave me many opportunities to create photo's and explore the area at the same time. Thank you the hostel, I really enjoyed! Untill next time!

Our experience exceeded all expectations! We've met the most amazing people and many of those became our good friends. From the moment we were there we felt like a part of their team and the hostel became our new home. Since we were there soon after corona, there was not that many tourists and hence not that much work to do. But we still managed to find some interesting assignments. This place is a paradise in the centre of Livingstone, 15 min drive from Victoria's falls. We definitely recommend this program and if you don't want to volunteer just stay there, you will have the best time:)

Regardless of the crisis, I can say that I had a great experience at the the hostel. Their staff are very friendly, a very pleasant environment. I really recommend this hostel. Thank you Madame Kim, and the managers Marrius and Miss Faith. I wish that things will be back to normal soon and that everyone can get back to work.

Don't wait to be told what to do! no hostel a hora é de se agilizar, correr atrás, fazer e mostrar o resultado! E, claro, aproveitar tudo de bom que o lugar tem para oferecer. É realmente incrível! Faça acontecer, agite os hóspedes, pergunte todas as dúvidas a equipe maravilhosa que vai te receber de braços abertos, ajude no bar, tire fotos criativas, conheça a cultura e comida local (o almoço oferecido não tem graça se não desfrutado com as mãos!), administre seu tempo de trabalho por conta própria e faça acontecer! Aliás, o lema no hostel é esse: FAÇA ACONTECER! E aproveitem MUITO! =)

I had such an amazing time staying at the hostel! I felt very welcome by every staff team member and in the lodge as a whole. I worked at the reception and bar and they were always flexible and understanding with my shift hours. Plus, Livingstone is a nice town and the Falls are such an incredible place to be close to. I would for sure recommend volunteering at the hostel! If you want to know more, feel free to send me a message!

So today is my last day on the hostel and I can't believe it is. It was so much fun working and living here. The crew is amazing as well as the guests that come by. We were dancing a lot, talking, learning, sharing and I will never forget that indeed. Lot's of love guys. One day I'll comeback!!

Absolutely the best travel experience I've had in ~6 months of travel in 10+ countries. The staff is incredibly friendly and quickly became like family, making me traditional Zambian food, showing me around town to their favorite spots, and always looking out for me and paling around. I completely sobbed when I had to leave. Work is incredibly flexible, the owners are hilarious, and the job is fantastic for meeting others at the hostel. Can't say enough good things about this place, if I could give it 6 Stars, I would!!

I worked at the hostel with my partner, Eve and we had a fantastic time! We were asked to work for 5 days a week for up to 6hrs but this was very flexible and we mainly just worked where we were needed and tried to help where we could. This was usually in the bar, reception, with cleaning or running staff training sessions. Our month there was really fun and we felt very welcomed and a part of the hostel team. We'd highly recommend anyone wanting to da Worldpackers stint there!

Had a great experience at the hostel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and we really felt a part of the team. the hostel were very generous organising trips etc. for us on our off days too. The expected working hours are 6 per day/5 days a week but this could be flexible and the main point was that what you put in you'll get out. Loved the atmosphere of the hostel and the town of Livingstone. Would definitely recommend it as a Worldpackers spot!
