Marrakech is on fire! We don't have a hostel, we have a palace.

My volunteer experience at the hostel was amazing! I worked 8 hours a day, 3-4 days a week, in the hotel restaurant during breakfast and lunch. My tasks included taking orders, assisting with the breakfast buffet, clearing tables, and keeping the area organized. The hotel provided three daily meals of delicious Moroccan food. The highlight, however, was connecting with the incredible staff who welcomed me like family, despite language barriers. Thank you, Nadia, Fatima, Rashida, Ali, Youssef, Mohammed, Zouhair, Amine, Melika, and the housekeeping team—I'll never forget you!

I had a great time while volunteering at the hostel! All the staff treated me really well , I will miss all of them! The place is beautiful , with many cozy places to hang out. I helped out serving breakfast and I had the pleasure to work with Rashida, the most beautiful person I met in Marraquech. She is so lovely and takes care of everyone there! Nadia will always be there for you, she is really nice. Thanks for the opportunity Xavier, I wish you all a wonderful journey!

I felt very welcomed with open arms from all of the staff at the hostel! The hostel is a little escape from the craziness of the Medina with so many places to relax. The work is fair and the benefits are good here, the food is really nice! I worked the bar shift and really enjoyed working with Melika! We had so much fun together(: Big shout out to Mohammed, Youssef, and Khalil! You guys were great to work with and made me feel extra welcomed, will miss all of you lots! Much love

A really nice experience!! First of all for the people working there, for the hostel itself and for the beautiful the hostel. I was able to stay there during Ramadan and it was also nice. Many thanks to Xavi and Nadia for their flexibility and to the lovely Rashida who worked with me every morning ❤️ The reception and housekeeping team were the best and also the other volunteers who were with me ❤️ It was not my first time in Morocco, but it was definitely the best🤙🤙

The hostel is a beautiful place. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to share and work there. A great refuge in great the hostel, with beautiful people. The work team is very honest and companionable. I learned a lot about the local culture. It is an authentic Moroccan family that opens the doors of their house and their hearts to you.

This was my first experience as a volunteer and my first experience abroad. I couldn't have chosen a better place for it; I truly felt at home. I was embraced by the hostel staff as if I were part of the family, and I'll miss them all. Everyone was eager to help, trying to communicate, asking if we had eaten, if we needed anything. Not to mention the interactions I had with people from other parts of the world.

The hostel is a nice place in the hesrt of the medina. Besides of easy work and a very welcoming team it was nice to take a lot of time to explore the hostel. The staff was so nice to me, explained a lot about Moroccan culture and told me about Ramadan. Additionally I met super nice other volunteers who I bonded with fantastically!

It was a great experience that I can absolutely tell everyone to have. The staff of the hostel made me feel like one of their own since day one. They are so kind, caring and friendly that you absolutely feel them like long time friends. Some times the manager is gonna ask you to do more hours in a day, it's okay cause they absolutely respect the amount of hours you do by the week, so they give you the free days that are corresponded.

I had the privilege of volunteering at the hostel in the hostel, where Xavier, the owner, exemplified kindness and warmth throughout my time there. The tasks assigned were easily manageable, allowing me to contribute effectively to hostel operations and engage with fellow volunteers and guests. The welcoming atmosphere and genuine camaraderie among the hostel's community made my stay in the hostel truly delightful.
