Teaching in Long An city (the southern in Vietnam)

I am loving to be here with the family and the volunteers. To get to know the community and help to teach english to the kids is great. The only problem so far is that i came to work with disabled kids and have been teaching only. It has been good and challenging but it wasn't what we agreed. If you like to teach this is a great place! Still 2 more weeks to go so hope i will go to the disabled kids centre. ;)

The host might be the funniest vietnamese ever! I had a great time there, all the people were super nice and it was all very natural. I highly recommend you to go there and enjoy meeting the awesome volunteers that stay there often. Also, I'm a vegetarian and I was able to eat everytime with everyone since there was always veggie stuff for me to eat. I learned how to do spring rolls with them and it was pretty cool. I will most surely miss the community, especially Bin and baby. If you have a chance, just do it!

I had a really great time :) the family is awesome and I met some other super cool volunteers. The house is a bit far from the center but you can take the bus that stops really close to the house. The teaching part is always a pleasure. I do recommend :)

Living and learning more about your own abilities in a vietnamese family. If that's what you're looking for, then this place is the place where to be. I had a great time here teaching kids, even without any teaching experience. Taking a break from travelling? Then apply for this place!
