O que dizer sobre esse lugar que mal conheço e já considero meu lar? A Michelle é um amor de pessoa, uma mulher excepcional que desde antes de eu chegar respondeu minhas dúvidas e estava sempre disponível para ajudar. O trabalho é super tranquilo e o horário e as escalas são justas. Aqui você irá aprender bastante. A equipe é SENSACIONAL. Eu nunca vou esquecer do quanto esse lugar essas pessoas que estão nele me abraçaram e me acolheram. Em especial meu amigo Uriel, um cara com um coração do tamanho do mundo e que me mostrou como é ser um morador de Faro. Obrigado por tudo pessoal!

Thank you Staff ! My Stay was great and enjoyable. Today I can say I bring y'all in my heart 💜 The job was exactly what we agreed and the host will always respect the hours and days off. Totally recommend the hostel Family!

O hostel é mais que uma empresa é mais que uma equipe, ela é também família composta de pessoas alegres, que incentivam que sabem escutar e sabem como se adaptar a cada um de seus Voluntários. Meu voluntário foi tão bom que acabei estendendo por mais tempo Super recomendo esse Voluntários. Michele,João, Amanda, Victinho, Dani o Nuno e o Diogo, todos eles São pessoas maravilhosas!

A experiência foi ótima, aprendi bastante sobre muitas coisas, tentei dá o melhor de mim sempre e acredito que diversas vezes não tive o reconhecimento positivo pelo meu esforço e empenho durante meus 6 meses de voluntariado, porém, sempre quando falhava pois ninguém é perfeito, sempre fui bastante julgado. Todavia, isso é cultural e como brasileiro não estou habituado a isso o que me deixou diversas vezes desmotivado. Também, devido a uma viagem que fiz a França e faltei 1 dia de voluntariado, isso me fez ser expulso em 3 dias do hostel. Fiquei triste mas já superei e desejo sucesso, staff.

Minha estadia no hostel foi perfeita! Os funcionários e os voluntários são pessoas acolhedoras, o ambiente é ótimo e a localização é excelente!

The time at the hostel was really great. The working tasks were very easy and we had a lot of free time. The team from Hostellicous is very friendly and helpful. The location is also very great, you are not far away from the harbour, bars and clubs. We met a lot of people and had a lot of fun. We highly recommend working at their hostel, it was an amazing time and we will never forget it! ☺️

The time at the hostel was great! We felt very welcome and the work was also nice. We had to clean the rooms and everything we had to do was discussed with us in advance. We had so much fun with all the other volunteers and met many new people. Faro is beautiful but there are not soo much things to explore. If you want to see the beach, you have to go by Bus or Ferry but it's quick and cheap and the beach is totally worth to see it.

An incredible experience. We had a great experience at the hostel and Casa D'Alagoa. We really enjoyed the work, the hours and the days off which were the same for me and my travel companion. The hostel is friendly, very functional and allows you to meet people. The month of October is ideal to go to the south of Portugal. The landscapes are beautiful, the people are lovely, we had great meetings. We are going back to France with a lot of memories and we can't wait to go back to the Algarve!

I had a great experience volunteering! People were very friendly though it did take a little longer for me to settle in than at the their other hostel which does have a lot more homely feel. I felt like I had to be quite proactive with the clarity of task/timetable communication. All the facilities inside the hostel were easy to use and well equipped, and a great location.
