La Experiencia

We look for volunteers that want to stay with us, supporting us on the daily routines with a 4 hours shift. After your shift you can go surf, hike, bike and enjoy the great lifestyle of Sagres. A volunteer for us is someone that needs to work with us as a team, knowing how to interact with our guests. Respect for the other and good team work are mandatory for us. We want our people to be happy and relaxed but keeping all the tasks.

El equipo del surf el surf el surf camp es una familia, y hacen que todos los voluntarios nos sintamos en casa, el trabajo es sencillo y es el lugar ideal para conectar con diferentes partes del mundo y hacer conexiones genuinas. Un lugar con buena energía. Me llevo en el corazón, los mejores atardeceres de mi vida, un montón de personas bonitas y una experiencia increíble.

The the surf the surf the surf camp was my first experience in volunteering , and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better place. The hostel is spacious, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. The rooms are shared, of course, but clean and comfortable, and everyone has their own personal space. The staff is kind, respectful, and always ready to help. Working hours are defined and respected, and the tasks are light and easy to manage, leaving you plenty of time to enjoy your day. Truly a beautiful summer!

The the surf the surf the surf camp is a synonim for home&family<3 I was supposed to stay there for 4 weeks, but ended up extending. It's a magical place, that is hard to leave. The staff are such warm hearted people, always ready to help. Any problem can be easily communicated and solved in no time. The working hours are fair and the job is enjoyable and easy. Schedule and days off are respected. Volunteers are able to join surf lessons led by amazing instructors or rent the boards from the surf shop that is a walking distance from beautiful beaches. I sure couldn't have chosen a better host!

I had an amazing experience at the the surf the surf the surf camp and met so many people i'll never forget. The vibes at the surf the surf camp are super chill & fun & Sagres is such a nice place to spend a few months. The jobs are really easy and you have lots of time off once they're done. Thank you to the whole team for making it such a great experience, special mention to Susanna who works so hard to make everyone feel included and like her family. She made my experience even better and made me feel so at home. I hope to go back someday!!

I spent five unforgettable weeks at the the surf the surf the surf camp. My daily tasks were just 2-3 hours, leaving plenty of time for surfing at Tonel Beach, where we had free access to equipment and could join surf lessons if there were available spots. Volunteering here is a great way to embrace the surfing lifestyle. Despite its small size, Sagres offers many evening activities. I enjoyed beautiful sunsets, sang "Wonderwall" at karaoke, and danced to live music with fellow volunteers. Spending the end of summer with the the surf the surf the surf camp family was the best decision I could have made!
