Volunteering at the hostel was a truly rewarding experience. The chores were simple and manageable, and the working hours were always respected. The three days off were incredible, as they gave me the chance to explore Scotland. The warmth and friendliness by the people I met there criated a welcoming atmosphere that made every day enjoyable. I genuinely loved my time there and appreciated the opportunity that was working at the hostel.

My third time volunteering at the DBH and I will always remember the memories I made here and the wonderful people I have met. the hostel is a great place to explore Scotland from, the work at the hostel is easy to get used to and the hours are extremely reasonable but what makes this place so special are the people and the atmosphere in the hostel. I highly recommend volunteering here, you will not regret it! :)

I loved my time at the hostel! The hostel is huge and has multiple common areas. The hours of work are exactly as advertised and the work is super straightforward. the hostel is an amazing city to explore Scotland. My first volunteer experience was excellent at the hostel Backpacker Hostel. Tasks and shifts were fairly allocated. During my time there, I became friends with amazing people who were sweet, kind, and respectful. The location is perfect, with easy access to many great places. Known as the sunniest city in Scotland, the hostel has its own charm waiting to be discovered. I would love to return!

I love DBH. It was my second time there. They are like a big family. It is the best volunteering experience I have ever had. Great experience! Amazing place with good people. If you want to visit Scotland do not think twice, this is the place. Close to important cities and beautiful landscapes, besides a really good structure hostel to feel at home and have a lot of free time to visit the sorroundings.

O melhor voluntariado que tive até hoje, me senti em casa! Me conectei com viajantes brasileiros e também com argentinos, chilenos, colombianos, espanhóis, o prédio é muito lindo, limpo e confortável, amei todas as salas comuns, consegui me sentir em casa! O trabalho é muito tranquilo também, temos acesso a materiais adequados para realizar um bom trabalho na parte da limpeza! o hostel é uma cidade um pouco cinza e fria, mas também tivemos lindos dias de sol e até consegui aproveitar a praia que tem pertinho de lá! Os anfitriões também são muito atenciosos e flexíveis! Com certeza, voltarei!
