Volunteers are assigned specific roles based on their expertise and the needs of the program. The Permaculture/Agriculture Volunteer Instructor works closely with YEDA staff to design and deliver practical and theoretical training sessions focusing on climate-smart agriculture, soil conservation, water management, organic farming techniques, and sustainable food production.
