YHA London Thameside

Our hostel is located in a quiet, residential area, 20mins away from the busy city. You will get involved in the real London life, located 2mins by the river and with a beautiful view to London.

The volunteers will be treated with kindness and respect. We all work as a team, no matter of age, gender or nationality. Our team comes from all around the world and speak different languages (English, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Romanian)

My stay at YHA was one of the best experiences in my life ! The managers are very friendly, they listen to you and actively work towards having a good relationship. The work is fair and clear, the rooms are clean and you have a lot of the space around the hostel to spend time. The breakfast is great, you can get coffee and tea throughout the day and sometimes you even have dinner ! I made friends that became very special and I really enjoyed my time in YHA ❤️

Volunteering at YHA Thameside was an amazing experience. I met great people and enjoyed my shifts in housekeeping and the kitchen. It gave me the chance to explore London more deeply while making unforgettable memories. We even got free breakfast and coffee, and sometimes dinner as well!

It has been my first time volunteering and it's been amazing! I met people from all over and it was incredible to share this experience with them. The hostel staff are lovely! I loved this volunteer, the people here are amazing, kind, and welcoming. The volunteers, we are super international, we get to learn each culture a little more and have a good time here. The hostel is close to the center, but also is a quiet neighbourhood so you can enjoy more the british life. Super recommend ❤️
