We welcome anybody who is willing to learn and contribute. We are fully prepared to receive volunteers. Our accommodation is very liveable and we provide 3 meals per day!

We have a team of staff who will be taking care of you while you are here. Our staff will be ready to answer to your questions whenever possible.

This experience has been one of the most incredible and important I’ve participated. What U4B does is more than I thought. I met great people who cares the environment and want to share it with all. Definitely I’ve changed the way I see my clothes.

I'm so happy with my volunteer experience; it was wonderful. I learned so much about recycling, the team was incredibly kind, and they shared so much about their culture with me. I truly learned a lot and was very happy during my time here. It was definitely the best experience.

I had a great experience at Upcycle4Better. The team is welcoming, patient, and truly passionate about what they do. The work environment is relaxed, the atmosphere is supportive, and they make sure you feel comfortable at all times.
This experience allowed me to learn new skills, meet inspiring people, and contribute to a meaningful project.
I genuinely recommend this volunteering opportunity to anyone looking for something enriching and positive.

I had an absolutely amazing time at U4B’s volunteer programme. It’s the perfect mix of fulfilling work, awesome people and memorable experiences. I stayed for 2 weeks but decided to extend for another 2 as I was enjoying my time there so much. Breakfast lunch and dinner were always filling and the living facilities were A class, whether that be the giant lounge for socialising with other volunteers or interns, luxury bathrooms or divine sleeping arrangements. If you’re in the area and want a fulfilling volunteer experience, u4b is perfect

If you’re thinking about volunteering here, DO IT! It’s seriously been such an incredible experience at U4B. We’ve learned so much about textile waste and the harms of the fast-fashion industry. The volunteer programme is very well managed and clearly outlined with very manageable tasks. There’s also extra activities such as cooking classes, language lessons and visits to a local disability centre. The living quarters are beyond amazing, huge and modern with a pool table and lots of games. You even get a car to drive around (if you have a licence). Can’t recommend this opportunity enough.
