Sant Jordi Hostels Lisbon

What are we offering you is an opportunity to learn about the daily routines of a hostel in a cool environment, a bed (bunk bed), free laundry and wi-fi.

What we need from you is some hours of help per day. This includes bed making, laundry, breakfast, bartending, and keep the hostel organized and clean.

We are a very cool Hostel and our staff is very friendly. Located in the heart of Lisbon, just 400 meters from Anjos metro station, close to the busy Avenida Almirante Reis. The stop of the mythical electric nr 28 is just in front of our place. ;)

This was my first ever WP experience and I would recommend this experience at Sant Jordi Hostels again and again! The staff are all so kind and helpful! Luiza was such a great host and always available whenever any of the volunteers needed anything! The schedule is consistent, and we get the same hours and days off each week. There is enough time to explore the city while volunteering and there's so much to do! Thank you so much Luiza and the hostel team for all your help and making this such a pleasant experience!

My stay at Sant Jordi Hostel was truly amazing! I couldn’t have wished for a better first worldpackers experience. The whole staff were so nice and welcoming, the hours of the shifts were always respected and the hostel is beautiful. Special thanks to Luiza for being our mom for a month and to Diogo and Adrien who made every bar shift the best time of the day!

Being at Sant Jordi Hostels was an amazing experience! All the people working there are super welcoming and happy to teach you whatever, especially behind the bar (and in the kitchen!). I strongly recommend this experience not just for the hostel itself but also because Lisbon offers many opportunities, from the beaches to the parties. Moreover at the hostel you'll meet people from all over the world, that will became very fastly new amazing friends! I'm so glad for all, but mostly I want to thank Adrian, Diogo, Dinesh, Luiza and all the volunteers that shared this experience with me!

I had such a good time at Sant Jordi's!
Volunteering here was such a great experience! The staff are super friendly and made me feel at home right away. The work is light, it mostly includes bar, breakfast or housekeeping. You only have to work 25 hours a week, so there's plenty of free time to explore the city. We always had two consecutive days off, which made it easy to plan overnight trips too. The atmosphere is really chill and social, and I made amazing friends with the other volunteers. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun time in Lisbon!

I had such a wonderful time volunteering at the Sant Jordi! From the very beginning, the staff made me feel welcome and part of the team. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and always ready to help whenever I had questions or needed guidance. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, which made it easy to feel comfortable. Tasks were clear, well-organized, and balanced, leaving me plenty of time to enjoy the hostel, meet other travelers, and explore the area.
