Project Bay is perfect for digital nomads. The space, nature, and tools for remote work make you feel comfortable and productive. There’s plenty to do, but once you build a routine you can really create a positive impact. The highlight is connecting with travelers and remote workers from all over Germany and the world. The island is beautiful, full of activities, and the management is open, communicative, and supportive. If you’re a digital nomad, this is the right place—just keep things clean and organized and enjoy this unique experience!

Está ha sido una experiencia genial! Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas. Para mí, ha sido mi primer voluntariado y me ha servido para aprender y conectarme con otras personas. El lugar es maravilloso, frente al mar, en mitad de la naturaleza. Jeanette y su equipo se han portado muy bien en todo momento, pero quiero agradecer a Jeanette concretamente por haberme acogido tan bien. Es una experiencia que recomiendo sin lugar a dudas.

My stay in Project Bay was heavenly from the first day.

The location is perfect to connect with nature, almost everyday I was either wandering in the nearby forests, at the beach or riding a bike

The tasks and the weekly working hours all matched with the description provided and Jeannette is probably one of the most easy going managers I've met in my life.

All the staff and the locals where very warm amd welcoming from day one. If you are a digital nomad, the co-work area is a dream come true.

I am super blessed to have ended up there, and I really hope I can go back soon.

We had a really nice experience at Project Bay! It's a very welcoming community where you can meet locals and people coming from a lot of different places! Everyone was so friendly and although we couldn't stay long, the host on site took good care of us! We really recommend this experience. We went during the spring so there were less people than the busy seasons but it was just as nice with less tourist and more calm!

My experience in Projectbay in Lietzow, was FANTASTIC. It was one of my favorite places to visit. The co-working place was nice the visitors and residents were friendly and kind.

But the credits for the beautiful experience belonging to my Host Janette.

She was so nicely friendly and flexible person, with many skills and very friendly attitude.

The job was nice and easy, I had enough time to explore the island and she and the owners help me with my stay and made it comfortable, easy and with communication.

I suggest all the worldpackers of the world to apply for the position. Enjoy
