We’re an outdoor day spa tucked in nature by the Kampot River—calm, beautiful, and away from the noise. You’ll have your own private cabin, time to explore, and the chance to contribute creatively to a real, heart-led project.

We’re not a guesthouse or party place. It’s quiet here—perfect for those who like balance: some work, some peace, some fun. We’re a small team (like family!), and you’ll be part of something that directly supports local women from nearby villages.

You’ll learn what it’s like to run a small business in a foreign country, gain hands-on experience in branding, social media, and wellness, and walk away with skills, perspective, and memories you won’t find on a typical tourist route.

Oh, and if you love dogs? You’ll be in good company.

We’re a Canadian couple in our 40s who have called Cambodia home for nearly a decade. We built this spa from the ground up seven years ago with a lot of heart and intention. It’s a peaceful space surrounded by nature, and we truly love what we do. We live on-site with our two dogs, one is still a wild little puppy, so being comfortable around animals is a must! Our staff are all from nearby villages, mostly women with families who have been with us since the very beginning. We’re a close-knit team, and you’ll be treated with respect, kindness, and inclusion. We believe in honest communication, fairness, and creating a space where everyone feels safe, valued, and at ease. We’ll give you guidance, independence, and a warm welcome. You'll have your own space, time to enjoy the area, and the chance to make a real impact. This isn’t just free accommodation for work, we want you to feel part of the project while also enjoying a meaningful and grounded experience in Cambodia.
