Hostel Aline was an amazing place to volunteer. Eslam and the manager Yasin were incredibly kind and always tried to make things easier for me as long as I completed my tasks responsibly. I worked as a web developer, creating the hostel’s website and back-office system, which was a great opportunity to apply and grow my skills. The accommodation was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere very welcoming. Just keep in mind that Chefchaouen can be quite cold in winter, and please take care of the little girls nearby spanish mosque, they are my sisters!

I had a really good experience volunteering at Aline Hostel in Chefchaouen.
Big thanks to Islam for opening the doors and making me feel welcome from day one.
My shift was at night, which gave me the chance to enjoy my days exploring Chefchaouen , a very calm and beautiful city. The hostel itself has a peaceful vibe, and the people there are kind and respectful, was a smooth and pleasant experience, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place and a relaxed atmosphere

Hostel Aline feels like home: super clean, friendly and attentive staff led by Islam, delicious breakfast plus a fully equipped kitchen and just minutes from the medina. The real highlight is the terrace with spectacular views of the mountains, where you meet amazing people and just relax. 100% recommended!

It was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the city center and main attractions. The atmosphere of the hostel is very welcoming, and the team Islam and Yassine is really friendly and always ready to help.
The work was interesting, and I learned a lot while meeting travelers from all over the world. The hostel is clean, well-maintained, and the common space is great for socializing.
