We have been in the Hostel business for some time now and just opened our new location in the heart of Tirana. We understand the needs of a volunteer and we like it to be a fantastic journey working with us.

We have a great international team. We treat all guests and volunteers with respect and we are always grateful for any help we receive from our volunteers.

Las tareas son simples pero todo el rato hay algo que hacer: tienes que estar en recepción pero a la vez hacer las tareas del mantenimiento de la limpieza del hostel. Trabajas 6h o 6:30, depende de cuantos voluntarios haya. Hay una comida al día y el presupuesto es bajo. La habitación de los voluntarios tiene dos ventiladores pero si hace mucha calor no es suficiente. Los managers, Melisa y Joaquín son muy buena gente y te hacen sentir como en casa. Nosotros estuvimos un mes y muy agusto!!!

Mi experiencia en Albania Hostel en terminos generales fue bastante buena. Se manejaban 3 shift donde estabas colaborando en el hostal 4 días a la semana y con 3 días de descanso lo que me permitió viajar con bastante libertad y conocer el país. En cuanto a las comidas que se ofrecian, el desayuno contaba con dos huevos por día, leche, cafe o te y la cena dependía de quien cocinara en las noches. En algunas ocasiones no fue sumistrada.
Melissa y Joaquín, son los administradores del lugar fueron bastante amigables y flexibles lo cual hacia el ambiente bastante cómodo para trabajar.

The managers are super friendly and they make sure to create an easygoing environment, You will have a fixed schedule that will allow you to explore the whole city and immerse yourself in the local culture.

My experience at this hostel was absolutely amazing are host class was so welcoming easy to talk to and had such a fun and outgoing personality. Some of my fondest memories are class making the most delicious food and BBQ I have ever had such an amazing cook. Another amazing perk was that class would often buy lots of food so we could make breakfast lunches and dinner so if we didn’t want to go out and spend money of food we had that option. All in all I had such an amazing first time working at a hostel class was so friendly easy to talk with and i will always have lasting memories.

This is a great exchange for independent people who take initiative and enjoy a chill vibe. It’s not a party hostel, but we had fun rooftop nights with music, drinks, and cards. Class is supportive and always happy to help. I really appreciated how inclusivity (LGBTQ+ friendly, anti-racist) is clearly central to the space. The work is easy, with 2–3 days off weekly. Rooftop BBQs were unreal. I stayed during peak heat, which was hard, but it made me value cold showers, fans, and water. Highly recommend for anyone looking to meet great people, grow personally, and enjoy meaningful travel.
