Get Hi Hostel

We are backpackers ourselves, so we think we know what you want from a Worldpackers experience. We offer a clean place to hangout, clean bathrooms, comfy beds, fast wifi, and to be close to a 7/11 and some of the city’s main attractions. We also have dogs and a cat, a large outdoor space, are next to a delicious and cheap Vegan restaurant, and meet travellers from all around the world, every day of the week.

We have a small cleaning staff so you'll mostly clean up after yourself and keep things tidy. As a young couple of backpackers ourselves, we are heavily involved in the day to day running of the hostel, but usually have a team of 5-8 volunteers like yourself to help out. Many volunteers before have left comments about a sense of family they had at the hostel. Last season (Nov 2023 > May 2024) we had over 50 volunteers from 22 different countries. They stayed between 14 and 100 days (Yes, really!) and left having made uncountable connections from around the world. Many of those relationships will last for years. So while we are incredibly busy, we'll have a fairly easy workload, and have a lot of fun together.
