We have a profile on Workaway for 3 or 4 years, and have about 80 very positive reviews. You will live in a castle, we have a wonderful cook and each do the jobs we love the most. Chosen out of the priority list we discuss together in our Monday morning meeting at 8.30. And YES you can chose your working hours (after a week, after you know how everything works) As the project is huge, we do love you to stay at least 2 weeks, but if you want to stay for 3 months or more, be our guest in our cohousing where human energies are essential and important. So if you have some real life positive input and impact, and you can take responsabilities... we love you even more in our dream location!

No fue una grata experiencia, salí antes de lo estimado, porque lo que dicen ofrecer no lo cumplen, y todo son prohibiciones, lo único q escuchas es no hagas esto, no hagas lo otro, solo piensan en ahorrar, incluyendo la alimentación. Solo exigen, pero no cumplen lo q prometen en la plataforma. El lugar es desordenado y sucio, y cuando al anfitrión se le hace un comentario u observación por las condiciones, no responde de buena manera, responde a la defensiva. Solo busca su bienestar. No diferencia trabajos de hombres y mujeres y dicen q esa es su cultura. Desde mi experiencia, no fue agradabl

Country- life is no city life...
When you make choices where to go, read well.
Self-sustainability -sufficiancy demands some character on switching out lights and water, and also closing doors. We are not a hotel where service is provided at all times.
Jobs are very diverse, that is why so many volunteers keep coming back. And we do not discriminate ever, all jobs can be done by everybody.
Life and nature are beautifull!

This volunteering was a truly special experience. I learned new skills, practiced my English, and created beautiful connections with other volunteers. The place is calm and pleasant, and Hendrik, the host, is very kind and open to communication, which made everything flow naturally. The schedules were always respected, and tasks varied depending on the needs, keeping the work dynamic and enriching. I highly recommend it, especially if you want to contribute and connect with people from different cultures.

I spent a month and a half here and it was one of the most peaceful times of my life. I learned new things, met great people, and really enjoyed painting, which felt like therapy. The work was easy, schedules respected, and I had plenty of time to explore nearby towns by bike. The food was good, with fresh vegetables from the garden, and Hendrick was always friendly and helpful. Having my own space was something I truly appreciated.
