Driade Hostel B&B

If you are looking for a right compromise between being in good company and having time to spend on your own; if you love beach and sea, amazing sunsets, if you want to travel in Sicily and explore this beautiful land, we are the right place for you!

Volunteers will be instructed on their tasks upon arrival, informed about the city, how to get around and constantly helped if they need anything. They can have an Italian breakfast, use the common kitchen and sleep in a private double room. Normally, in the morning, if the work is manageable, they will work alone, if it is too much they will get help. My colleagues and I will be in the hostel in the afternoon/night for check-in but we will always be available in case of need.

I stayed at Driade B&B with Marielisa and Enzo for three weeks, and it was truly a wonderful experience. They are warm, welcoming, and made me feel like part of the family from the very first day. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive, and I learned so much during my time there.

The tasks were well organized and the exchange was very fair, leaving plenty of time to enjoy beautiful Milazzo and the surrounding areas. It was truly lovely to live this experience, and I feel grateful for the friendship and kindness I received.

I had the best experience I could ask for and would do it again in a heartbeat. Marielisa, Enzo and Tommy were amazing and made me feel so welcome.

The duties are mainly cleaning in the morning and the afternoons are free to go to the beach or near-by towns. If you are around when guests arrive then you also do the check-ins - but all instructions are clear and the hostel is very organised.

I met amazing people (guests and the other volunteers💕), practiced my Italian and was able to experience the Sicilian hospitality and culture at its finest.

I would highly recommend 🫶

My experience at Driade B&B was just AWESOME.
The hosts made me feel welcome and part of the team from the first day, they were always available if I needed anything. I felt at home from the moment I stepped into the hostel, my room was very cute and cozy, and the whole place was very clean and tidy. Working hours, days off and tasks were always respected, everything was exactly as agreed. Milazzo is a great and Driade is at walking distance from everything you need: town centre, supermarkets, the beach and the sea. I would definitely recommend to do this experience, I had the time of my life

Milazzo has a place in my heart forever, I could spend here more than 3 amazing weeks.
Enzo and Marielisa are really nice hosts, and care about their guests and volunteers. This B&B has a nice, familiar vibe.
Direct and clear communication is a must, and if you do your tasks as asked, everything will work out smoothly.
My first volunteering experience, absolutely recommended!

In Milazzo you will be welcomed as if you were in their family! 🩷Marielisa and Enzo were truly two fantastic hosts who always cared about you and always respected the hours. Work ends very early so you have the whole day to enjoy the beach which is very close to the hostel. Also,Milazzo is in a strategic point for doing day tours!🌞 I made such good friends from all over the world here,I will always remember them!🩵Your room will be spotlessly clean as will the entire property.
