Bundoran Surf Co
We are a surf lodge, surf school and surf shop located in Bundoran, Co. Donegal in north west of Ireland. There is lots to do here with many great spots for waves and thriving nightlife.
You will be part of a community of local and international surfers and volunteers in lively Bundoran. The surf capital of Ireland is a real cosmopolite place, perfect to meet people from here and all around the world, share experiences and surf !

My time in Bundoran was wonderful! The host and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. From the day I arrived I felt included and supported by everyone there.
The vibe at the hostel is relaxed and social, great for meeting people from all over the world. Also, being surrounded by other volunteers makes it easy to make friends.
Work hours are very respected and the team is always supportive and flexible when needed.
Overall an amazing experience to meet people, get to know Ireland and surf!!

I had the best time during my stay in Bundoran, if I can I will definitely come back some day.
The working hours and tasks were exactly as agreed and the accommodation was very cozy. We had a lot of surfing opportunities and even as a beginner it was no problem to go surfing whenever.
Everyone was so welcoming and it was easy making friends with the staff and the guests.
Thanks so much to everyone who made it such an amazing stay♡

Increíble!
El hostal es muy acogedor, está en el lugar ideal si te gusta la naturaleza y los planes improvisados, además del surf.
El trabajo es sencillo y los horarios pueden ser flexibles.
Monia está dispuesta a ayudarte siempre que lo necesites, es una persona demasiado especial como para describirla con palabras and that's it♡

Pasé dos meses haciendo voluntariado en el surf hostel en Bundoran y no podría haber pedido una experiencia mejor.
Desde el primer día, Monia me hizo sentir como en casa, como si fuera parte de la familia. Es una anfitriona increíble, siempre atenta, con buena energía y dispuesta a ayudar en todo lo que necesites.
EASY!!
El ambiente en el hostel es inmejorable.
Tanto los compañeros de voluntariado como los huéspedes se convierten en amigos con los que compartes risas, tardes y momentos inolvidables.
La vibra del lugar es especial y más con gente TOP con ganas de disfrutar.

Amazing experience!! It doesn´t matter the goal you are looking for, is worth it!! The owners and the manager are friendly, welcoming and helpful, tasks are the expected and the numbers of hours are extremely respected by the company. The environment in Surfco and Rougey makes you deeply feel part of a family. Thanks the company for the chance provided, specially to Monia (the manager), who has been an incredible mentor and who I have really learnt and enjoyed with! I will be back, no doubts!

David is responsible, kind and friendly. He was an amazing addition to the team! Good communication, hard worker, team player. It was a pleasure having him around.
