BAHIA BUSTAMANTE LODGE

Bahía Bustamante is very unique with the ocean, the desert and all the wild animals which you get to explore on the excursions your invited to go or explore on walks and bike rides yourself.

However there were a few things off during my stay which prevented a better experience and I felt like Astrid didn't trust me. Also most of the communication was over WhatsApp.

It is very remote, so only come here if your looking to slow down, enjoy nature and being far away from the busy life😊
Overall I'm grateful for the opportunity to stay here & the people I got to meet😊

Had an amazing time at Bahia Bustamante !
I met some amazing people and the excursions were beautiful. It’s a great place to disconnect from the outside world and to have the chance to discover wild nature. I learned more about how a garden is being taken care of in such an extreme environment . Also thank you Astrid for showing us the beauty of Bahia :)

I am so thankful to have met other volunteers and staff during my time there that have truly made the experience what it is. Their energy, late night dinners, excursions, and watching sunsets was beautiful. I learned a lot about the area, history of Bahia Bustamante, and why people visit. I really appreciate the opportunity, and for what I gained as a person from it.
