A cosy Homestay in BUE

After 20 years running a guesthouse were I received hundreds of foreigners, I moved to this small home and I have been receiving volunteers for last years as a way of giving back the help I received when I was travelling.
Buenos Aires city holds many art centers, all kind of museums, cinemas, theaters, open air free shows. My house is in a quiet and safe location, not far from downtown, with 2 subway lines + 12 bus lines around, and a huge park at 3 blocks.

I offer accomodation in private room + breakfast, for 3hs/day Mon to Fri at mornings (shifts possible) to help me in cleaning and maintenance of the house, painting, washing the car and sometimes some small repairs in it. Meals:I use to cook meals. and we can agree to share expenses, or to buy many food delivery options that are inexpensive here. I will help you to know better the city; mainly places or events that aren't in the touristic brochures. Time to stay is 10 to 20 days. To receive you better, try not to plan your arrival on Saturday or Sunday. ---->> Rules based in my experience with other volunteers:<<---- 1 - Volunteering allows you to get to know people and cultures by doing things together. I can teach you tips and tricks to IMPROVE your handy[wo]man capability BUT if you never took a broom or a screwdriver... don't write me. 2 - If you plan to spend your free time not exploring the city but staying in your room, I will feel your only interest it is getting free accommodation. In this case... don't write me. 3 - If in the 1st days I see that you skipped those 2 rules above, I will feel free to ask you to leave. OK?
