This was such an amazing experience! Truly a once in a lifetime experience having the opportunity to learn to dive and give back to the local environment. The accomodation was comfortable and food was good (though a little repetitive). One of the highlights was definitely being able to experience everything with the loveliest, kindest, open group of girls.

Our time with the reserve was INCREDIBLE! It was such a cool experience to become dive certified while learning about marine conservation. We got to identify wildlife, maintain growing coral, and help clean up the beaches. We even got to name newly identified turtles and manta rays! Such a unique experience with very friendly hosts.

Honestly had the best time! Getting my Open Water getting to dive with Mantas and Turtles and millions of awesome fish. Getting taught how to ID Turtles, Mantas and Fish as well, understanding the importance of this for the local community. Getting to help with Coral restoration on reef stars and, beach and underwater clean ups, and the importance of protecting our marine life. Getting to tour the beautiful island of the reserve on days off.

You’ll stay at D'vayana Nusa Hotel, just a 5-minute walk from Sanctum Dive, the diving project HQ. At this project, you’ll enjoy three local home-cooked meals every day, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients that connect you with the island’s cuisine. Vegetarian options are available to accommodate dietary preferences. For breakfast, you can expect simple favorites like eggs and toast, while lunch features local dishes typically served with rice, vegetables, a protein option, and fresh fruit. All meals will be served at the diving center, where you can relax, refuel, and enjoy the local flavors with the group.

Instrucciones de llegada
Travelers arriving from Bali should depart from Sanur Harbor for a 45-minute ferry ride to Toya Pakeh Harbor in Nusa Penida. Those coming from Lombok can take a direct ferry from Bangsal Harbor to the same destination. Upon arrival at Toya Pakeh Harbor, our team will be waiting to facilitate your pickup. We highly recommend selecting a morning ferry to ensure the traveler can enjoy lunch on arrival before the afternoon activities commence at 13:30. Please provide your ferry ticket details in advance so the group's local transport can be precisely organized and coordinated.
