The corse is very intense there are a lot of meditations. But you can choose wether you want to participate or not. Everyone is kind here and welcomes you with open arms. Also if you only speak English it is no problem at all the Guardians will translate for you. It was a wonderful and teaching time to me. I can only recommend :)
