Quite informative. Some of the information seems self-explanatory but the course definitely helps understand the entire concept of Wordlpackers and how the experiences are meant to function and happen on both ends (volunteers and hosts).
The content - from the unexpected situations scenarios to available support, host choosing and application advice, shows concern for and support for all parties involved.
