I found this Worldpackers course really valuable because it gave me practical guidance for situations I might face while volunteering. The part about what to say when there’s a conflict or misunderstanding stood out the most. It showed me how to communicate with respect, stay calm, and focus on solutions instead of reacting emotionally.

Even though I haven’t started volunteering yet, I feel much more confident knowing I now have the tools to handle challenges in a positive way.
