This course was really interesting and eye opening to how easily situations can be solved with a collaborative spirit and mindset . The emphasis on non-judgemental confrontation and the idea that conflict is a way of solving a problem by putting two heads together not necessarily with the same views. Some of the concepts are more simple and easy to grasp and some are more complex but all were very clearly communicated and made easier to understand by the speaker.
