This course was great for self reflection. There are a lot of great tips and ideas to help you deal with conflict. It’s a good reminder about ways to check your behavior while interacting with others, not just in an argument but in general. For example, the importance of being an active listener and ways to de escalate such as getting quieter rather than louder. I highly recommend this course.
