I’m happy that’ I’ve learned some new things about Nonviolent Communication as a communication approach that emphasizes empathy, understanding, and respect, focusing on identifying and expressing needs rather than blame or judgment. It promotes deeper connections and reduces conflicts by fostering open, honest dialogue.
