This course gave me insight on behavioral recognition and made me understand how different thought processes may be considered rude or inattentive. While I assumed this course would be the usual "Don't argue" it went into the depths of phycological perspective and the impact of body language and how your thought process (while seemingly unharmful) can offend others. For example, getting caught up with your response that you miss most of the remainder of the conversation.
Overall, it was a worthy watch and a good eye opener.
