The importance of active listening, as well as being empathetic with the other person, not acting under the emotions of the moment, it is preferable to pause, breathe and not respond impulsively. Do not make comparisons, it is preferable to give examples and be clear that each person is different and therefore they have a different culture and way of life, not generalize.
