The course was 4 videos, primarily consisting of someone giving out basic information that you'd figure would be common sense to most people traveling and volunteering at hostels. Something that would have been nice were some examples that went with the lesson. Maybe having a visual demonstration of somebody performing their expected duties at a hostel with the host's voice over the action of what is happening on the screen. This could have great effect in relaying the information instead of a the frankly dull and forgettable presentation we were given.

A very comforting video; you learn a lot of information that's especially useful for beginners. You also learn a lot about the concept of volunteering in a hostel, and the host facilities fears and concerns about your first trip. It helped me a lot, thank you!
