I learnt the importance of sharing, flexibility, adoptability, proactiveness, commitment, collaboration and positivity.
My only challenge was that videos 3 and 4 were so heavy and slow to download. They missed out on the accompanying explanatory words that make it easier to follow.
But in all, videos were informative.

The course was great! It definitely taught me
more than I thought went into living & volunteering in a hostel & I am very glad I did this certification. The only caveat was this course wasn’t in english but with the subtitles on it was a breeze! thank you very much for helping me expand my knowledge on hostel living !

La idea que busca comunicar, ese hielo a romper sobre que esperar al momento de incursionar en algún hostel lo hace de una manera muy honesta, empática y tranquila. Es precioso recibir esa tranquilidad, sobretodo si (como en mi caso) es el primer volantariado en el cual alquien se embarca.
