As a volunteer, your main role is to spread good energy: help lead social activities like our daily Pool Dive, the magical Tamanique waterfalls trip, movie & dance nights, and nights out in El Tunco 🎶🌃.

30 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche

Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von Küche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.

Hauswirtschaft: Hilfe beim Wechseln der Bettwäsche und allgemeiner Hauswirtschaft.

Rezeption: Hilf bei Check-ins, Check-outs und Gästebetreuung.

Party-Promoter: Hilfe bei der Organisation und Promotion von Partys und sozialen Aktivitäten.

Was Sie bekommen

2 freie Tage pro Woche

Gemeinschaftszimmer: Du bekommst ein Bett in einem Gemeinschaftszimmer, was bedeutet, dass du dir den Raum mit anderen Reisenden teilst.

Kostenlose Wäsche: Du kannst unseren Waschraum frei nutzen.

Abholung: Wir holen dich bei deiner Ankunft ab und bringen dich zu unserem Grundstück.

Surfbretter: Du kannst unsere Surfbretter so oft nutzen, wie du möchtest.

Nutze unsere ausgestattete Küche: Nutze gerne unsere Küche und bereite dein eigenes leckeres Essen zu.

Schneller Internetzugang: Hochgeschwindigkeits-Internet, damit du remote arbeiten kannst

This is a social volunteer role, perfect for outgoing travelers who love bringing people together. Your mission is to keep the energy alive, help organize light activities, and encourage guests to connect.

You’ll have plenty of free time to surf, relax at the pool, or explore the vibrant culture of El Salvador. 🌍 Whether leading a group to a waterfall or hosting a movie night, you’ll be the heartbeat of the hostel. 💃🕺

🏊 Lead Pool Dive Hour at 5:30 pm (daily)

Schedule: ~25 hours per week, mostly afternoons & evenings
