You’ll be helping us create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests—whether you’re delivering a delicious cocktail, serving a fresh plate from the kitchen, or sharing a laugh with locals at the bar.

Your tasks will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, running plates from the kitchen, assisting behind the bar with basic drinks and coffee preparation, clearing tables, and keeping service areas clean and organized. On busy nights or during events, you might also help set up or lend an extra pair of hands wherever it’s needed.

In return, you’ll receive:

A bed in our staff 6-bed dorm

Daily breakfast

Staff discounts on food & drinks

Free laundry and use of the staff kitchen

The chance to learn practical hospitality skills in a fun, multicultural environment

We ask for 25 hours of help per week, usually spread over 4–5 shifts, so you’ll have plenty of time off to explore The Hague, the beach, or other cities in the Netherlands.

If you’re a people-person who enjoys a fast-paced, social atmosphere and wants to learn more about food & beverage service, we’d love to welcome you to our team!
