We are looking for volunteers with a good sense of responsibility that can help us to manage a small team of volunteers that work at our hostel bar. We are especially looking for outgoing people, that love to meet new people and socialize. Engaging with our guests and making them feel involved and like they are at home is our goal.
We are a social and diverse hostel located in Panajachel, on the shores of the beautiful Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.

Programmdetails

We always try to schedule our volunteers in a way they can travel to towns around the lake, or even go to other places in Guatemala and discover our beautiful country. We are just a few hours away from places like Antigua, Semuc Champey, Xela, El Paredon etc. We also have partner hostels in most locations which you can visit at a discounted rate, and some are even for free for 2 nights. (all subject to availability)
You will have access to free breakfast, lunch and dinner every day at the hostel restaurant.
You can have breakfast and lunch everyday, regardless if you are on shift or not. Lead volunteers have a 70% discount on drinks at the hostel bar and 20% discount on any extra food at the hostel, that is on top of the 3 free meals. There are also multiple discounts at other business, bars, restaurant's and tours available to volunteers.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

4 days per week. We have 2 main shifts morning/afternoon from 7.30am - 3pm and evening/night 3pm - 10.30pm. Depending on the amount of volunteers at the time there may be some assistance shifts between 11am - 3pm.
