Muttlands Dog Sanctuary, located in the peaceful countryside of Rayong, is looking for a couple of handyman to help us improve the space we provide for our human helpers.

We need help with:
* Painting rooms and walls
* Tiling floors
* Repairing wooden doors and fixtures 🚪
* General maintenance and odd jobs 🔧

Our volunteers work hard to care for our dogs and we'd love to give nicer areas to relax

Beschreibung: Volunteers contribute to help with food expenses. You get 3 meals a day, 2 of which can be ordered from the menus, unlimited drinking water, fruits, teas and coffees, and a room sharing with no more than 1 other person

Programmdetails

Help us improve guest areas including bedrooms and common areas for other volunteers who come to stay at Muttlands to help us care for our 40 rescue dogs. They deserve nicer spaces to wind down and relax and we hope we can get some help creating that.

Muttlands is in countryside Thailand in a very remote location. Most activities in the area are around nature and culture. There is no party scene and only cute beach bars mostly but they aren’t in walking distance.
People should be coming to Muttlands to emerge themselves in nature and dogs.

The accommodation is fan rooms with 2 people sharing. There is a very simple Thai style squatter toilet and shower at the back of each room and western toilets only in the common area.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

You will work for up to 6 hours a day (with lunch break in between) for 5 days a week, helping develop guest rooms and common areas including painting, general repairs and if able, tiling.

Regeln

Close the doors! Don’t leave any gates open for dogs to escape.

Be respectful and considerate to other guests and our team.

Clean up after yourselves and wash your plates and cups after use.

Must have a love for dogs 🐶
