Are you a nature lover, a culture explorer and looking for a memorable experience at one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Southeast Asia? Come to Lan's Homestay! We are a small, cozy homestay located near the majestic Ban Gioc Waterfall and the peaceful Truc Lam Ban Gioc Pagoda.

We are looking for dynamic, friendly volunteers to support the reception and bring great experiences to visitors.

Position: Homestay Reception

What you will do (Your Responsibilities):
- Welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out.
- Provide tourist information about Ban Gioc Waterfall, nearby attractions (Nguom Ngao - - Cave, Khuoi Ky Stone Village...) and local culture.
- Assist guests with booking cars and tours (if any).
- Answer guests' phone calls, emails and messages.
- Keep the reception area clean and tidy.
- Assist with other tasks as needed (e.g. preparing simple breakfasts, interacting with guests).

What We're Looking For:

Good English communication skills (important for communicating with international guests).
Positive, friendly, enthusiastic and responsible attitude.
Love to travel, explore and exchange cultures.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Priority is given to candidates with experience in reception or customer service (but not required, we are willing to train).
Commitment to stay at least 2 weeks
