As a volunteer, you’ll be part of the team that keeps this magical place running smoothly. Collaborate with other volunteers to create a welcoming and peaceful environment where guests can relax, recharge, and enjoy the outdoor.

Was Sie bekommen

2 freie Tage pro Woche

Gemeinschaftszimmer: Du bekommst ein Bett in einem Gemeinschaftszimmer, was bedeutet, dass du dir den Raum mit anderen Reisenden teilst.

Camping: Du wirst in einem Zelt auf einem Campingplatz schlafen.

Frühstück: Du hast Anspruch auf ein kostenloses Frühstück an jedem Tag deines Aufenthalts.

Mittagessen: Du hast Anspruch auf ein kostenloses Mittagessen an jedem Tag deines Aufenthalts.

Abendessen: Du hast Anspruch auf ein kostenloses Abendessen an jedem Tag deines Aufenthalts.

Kostenlose Wäsche: Du kannst unseren Waschraum frei nutzen.

Fahrräder zur Verfügung: Du kannst unsere Fahrräder jederzeit nutzen.

Abholung: Wir holen dich bei deiner Ankunft ab und bringen dich zu unserem Grundstück.

Surfbretter: Du kannst unsere Surfbretter so oft nutzen, wie du möchtest.

Nutze unsere ausgestattete Küche: Nutze gerne unsere Küche und bereite dein eigenes leckeres Essen zu.

Zertifikat: Erhalte ein Zertifikat nach Beenden deines Erlebnisses.

Grundlegender Internetzugang: Internet mit Grundgeschwindigkeit, damit du remote arbeiten kannst

We are more than a workplace – it’s a community. Here, you’ll meet travelers from around the world, exchange cultures, and live surrounded by nature. We value teamwork, good vibes, and the balance between work and play. This is the perfect opportunity to relax in the countryside, to share time with new friends, and to enjoy inspirational fire pit nights.

We need help mainly with maintenance, gardening, painting and decorating. Sometimes we need extra help with housekeeping, cleaning, taking care of the guests' needs. Skills like leading classes/workshops and cooking skills are a plus.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

You’ll help us take care of the glamping and keep everything running smoothly:
🌱 Gardening & Outdoor Care: Water plants and keep paths and outdoor areas clear.
🛠️ Repairs/Carpentry: Assist with small fixes (painting, tightening screws, replacing lightbulbs, electricity, wood work, etc.).
💦 Pools Care: Help with cleaning and water checks.
🧹 Upkeep: Support with waste management and recycling.
👷 General Maintenance: Report problems and assist the manager with projects.


🗓️ No rush! Volunteer work 5h/5days and gets 2 days off per week. Shifts are scheduled to ensure you have plenty of free time to enjoy the space, chill on the hammocks and visit places.

Regeln

Keep a positive attitude – we’re all here to learn and enjoy!
Be collaborative, kind, and proactive with other volunteers, staff, and guests.
Keep your volunteer accommodation and shared spaces tidy.
Respect facilities (kitchen, bathrooms, pool, etc.) as if they were your own.
No drugs or excessive alcohol
Take care of the natural surroundings. No littering, wasting water, or damaging plants.
