We are a tropical, laid-back hostel offering both cozy private rooms and fun shared dorms.
Our goal is to create an unforgettable experience for travelers through:

🌆 Free walking tours

🍹 A welcome drink on arrival

🤝 A social, inclusive and respectful vibe

As a volunteer, you’ll be part of the team that keeps everything running smoothly — and helps guests feel at home.



You’ll be expected to:

🧾 Assist with check-ins and walk-in guests

💻 Use our property management system (PMS) to register guests

📊 Maintain a petty cash report at the end of each shift

🗂️ Log income and expenses in Google Sheets

🛏️ Help with basic cleaning and making beds

👕 Wear appropriate dress code (even if guests don't)

🌐 Become familiar with booking.com extranet

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Shifts are 4 hours per day, and rotate depending on availability:

🕗 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

🕛 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

🕓 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

🌙 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM


Tasks may include:

Front desk support

Basic housekeeping (tidying rooms, making beds)

Helping guests with local info

Updating reservation platforms and spreadsheets
