5 Stunden Hilfe pro Tag

Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von Küche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.

Küchenhilfe: Hilfe bei der Zubereitung, Fertigstellung und dem Servieren von Mahlzeiten.

Bauen & Reparieren: Hilf bei verschiedenen Reparatur- oder Bauarbeiten.

Gartenarbeit: Hilf beim Pflanzenanbau und der Gartenpflege

Zusätzliche Gebühr erforderlich

Betrag: US$ 25 Pro Tag

Gebühr bezahlt für: Materialien für Freiwilligenaktivitäten

Beschreibung: We offer two flexible options to suit your availability: Option 1: Work 5 hours per day (25 h/w) with a $25 weekly contribution to help cover accommodation and utilities. Option 2: Work 7 hours per day (35 h/w) with no financial contribution required. We seek passionate, proactive, and ethically minded participants who share our vision for a sustainable, community-based world and are ready to step outside their comfort zone.

Programmdetails

Volunteers are an essential part of our daily activities. Join us and become part of our community, develop your Spanish and experience the wonders of Ecuador without breaking the bank!
El Terreno is based in a peaceful rural community where people know and support each other. The area is very safe, with a local police station in Atandahua and 24/7 on-site staff ensuring all participants feel secure and supported throughout their stay.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Our Volunteer program is designed for individuals eager to contribute to the daily operations of our cultural exchange centre. Volunteers take on hands-on tasks such as:
Cooking – Assisting with meal preparation
Cleaning – Helping maintain a clean and organised space
Manual Work & Gardening – Supporting infrastructure, gardening, and general maintenance
Skill-level is less important than a great attitude and strong work-ethic in support of El Terreno’s internal operations, in exchange for accommodation, meals and an authentic experience in the Ecuadorian Andes. This program does not involve direct engagement with the local community.

During weekends—or before and after your internship—you can explore Ecuador’s incredible diversity, from the Amazon rainforest to the Galápagos Islands.

Regeln

Minimum stay: 2 weeks
Maximum stay: None, but dependent on performance reviews and visa status

Week Work-Hour Options:

Part Time: 25 hours for $25 per week (8am-lunch + washing up + deep clean)
Full Time: 35 hours without cost (as above + 2 hours each afternoon)

Additional information:

- Volunteer work focuses on the immediate needs of the organisation, we cannot say in advance what tasks you will be doing.
- Where possible, we try to match skills/interests to tasks, however, organisational needs take priority.
