Daily Task Description: Café Server
As a café server, your role is essential in ensuring that customers have a positive and enjoyable experience. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and assisting with various café operations.
Morning/Opening Tasks:
Open the café, ensuring all equipment and appliances are functioning properly (coffee machines, ovens, etc.).
Set up the café area: arrange tables and chairs, prepare condiment stations, and ensure all utensils and glassware are clean and in place.
During Service:
Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus or assist with ordering.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality presentation and accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness by clearing and resetting tables, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring the dining area is tidy.
Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the POS system.

Presentability & Cleanliness:
All staff must maintain a clean, tidy, and professional appearance at all times.
Uniforms must be worn as specified, and personal hygiene must be upheld.
Ensure hands are washed regularly, especially before handling food and beverages.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in both personal appearance and workspaces.
Punctuality:
Employees are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled shifts.
Consistent tardiness will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.
If you are unable to make it to your shift on time, please notify management in advance.
Teamwork & Positive Attitude:
Always approach your work with a positive attitude and be willing to collaborate with fellow team members.
