Helping reception, housekeeping, guest services, and promotions
Das Erlebnis
We are looking for help to fill in and help us take care of the daily work at both of our amazing hostels, Hurricane and Empire, here in Split, Croatia. Work will consist of four 6-hour shifts focusing on cleaning and customer service, a fifth shift focused on promotions and making social events. Lodging is in a shared dorm in one of our hostels with several of our free amenities, free trips, and paid commissions available.

Programmdetails
We provide free lodging in one of our shared dorm rooms. Volunteers have access to free laundry and are encouraged to join our daily social activities, at no extra costs. We even provide commissions for goods/services from the hostel and for helping facilitate any of our paid partner programs.
**Off season months (November through April) will have limited trips, tours, pub crawls, and commissions available. Social activities and gatherings will still take place in and around the hostel, but large tourist-like parties are limited.**
Aktivitäten & Schichten
Shifts are 5 or 6 hours, either during the day shift or afternoon/evening shifts. Day shifts have a heavy focus on housekeeping and guest services. Afternoon/evening shifts focus more on guest services and some housekeeping. Workloads shift based on guest occupancies and tasks for the day.
