This experience was very different from what the description. Instead of kitchen work it was mostly party promotion until 2am with strong pressure to drink. I felt unsafe and objectified and guest made inappropriate comments. There was no proper training and communication was poor. The host yelled at me for being honest with guest which made me feel anxious und unsafe. I ended up leaving early and activating the Safeguard because the environment was not respectful or supportive. I don't believe this is a safe or respectful environment for volunteers.
