At República Hostels Santa Marta, you’ll live an authentic experience of exchange, teamwork, and community life.

We welcome good‑vibe volunteers to help in the kitchen, bar, reception, and social activities. We offer accommodation, breakfast, 2 days off, and access to workshops and cultural events.

It’s more than helping — it’s about sharing, learning, and connecting with amazing people by the Caribbean Sea.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

La jornada es en promedio de 6 horas al día, 5 días a la semana, con 2 días libres. Los turnos pueden ser en la mañana, tarde o noche, según las necesidades del equipo.

Tasks are divided between kitchen, bar, reception, and support in hostel events or activities. Volunteers rotate based on their skills and interests.

The shift is on average 6 hours per day, 5 days a week, with 2 days off. Shifts may be in the morning, afternoon, or evening depending on the team’s needs.
